Venture Capital Internship Program
Hybrid (In-Person or Remote) | Part-Time, Unpaid (10–30 hrs/week)
Build the Future of Insurance from the Ground Up
At Avondale Insurtech Ventures, we invest in pioneering innovations within one of the world’s largest and most complex industries: insurance. With a global market exceeding $7 trillion, the insurance sector is poised for transformative change — and we are actively driving that disruption.
As a Venture Capital Intern, you will engage directly with founders, partners, and experienced investors. This is not an observational role; you will be involved in deal evaluation, market research, and supporting investment decisions. If you are eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and gain hands-on experience in early-stage venture capital, this program is designed for you.
Why This Internship Stands Out
Authentic Venture Capital Experience: Participate in the evaluation of live investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and observe decision-making processes firsthand.
Founder-Led Expertise: Collaborate with seasoned entrepreneurs and investors who have successfully built and scaled Insurtech ventures.
Industry Impact: Play a role in contributing to the transformation of a foundational industry that plays a critical role in the global economy.
Valuable Network: Join a close-knit community of founders, operators, and investors.
Career Growth: Gain a comprehensive, hands-on education across venture capital, insurance, entrepreneurship, and technology—equivalent to a college-level course in each domain. High-performing interns may be considered for extended internships or full-time roles within the firm or portfolio companies.
